Note that while Cadentiq LTD is a registered company, it is currently dormant, and all running coaching services are provided on a sole trader basis.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, design personalised training plans, and manage your ongoing running progression.
  • Lawful Basis: We process your Identity, Contact, and Performance data under Performance of a Contract (to deliver the coaching services you have requested) and Legitimate Interests (to respond to your initial inquiries).
  • Explicit Consent for Health Data: Because health and injury information is classified as sensitive "special category" data under UK GDPR, we process this strictly on the basis of your Explicit Consent, which is obtained during your initial consultation or onboarding.

To provide a high-quality service, we use secure third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace and dedicated project or coaching software) for data processing and storage.
  • International Transfers: Some of these software providers are based outside the UK, meaning your data may be stored on secure servers outside of the UK or EEA.
  • Safeguards: We ensure these transfers are lawful by relying on the UK-US Data Bridge (UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) provided by these platforms, which guarantee a level of data protection not materially lower than UK standards.
